Join AHS Registered Dietician, Heather Mathur, for an in-person nutrition workshop to learn about staying strong and healthy as you age! You will also be able to take part in a nutrition screening after the workshop. Snacks are provided and participants will have multiple opportunities to win a $25 grocery gift card.

This event is put on in partnership with the Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization, the Seniors Community Services Partnership, AHS Nutrition Services and Healthy Lethbridge. It will take place in the Stage Area at LSCO.
