Open to all K-12 students in Southern Alberta.
The Schedule is as follows:
Friday March 28th, 2025
(Parking is FREE after 5PM)
5:00 - 5:30 pm: Student registration and project setup (Instructional Building Foyer, IB 1101, 1102)
5:30 - 6:00 pm: Student orientation/safety check
6:00-9:00 pm: Science fair judging
Saturday March 29th, 2025
(Parking is FREE all day Saturday)
Science Olympics (All Science Fair Students are automatically entered in Science Olympics by default)
9:00 - 9:30 am: Registration (IB Foyer)
9:30 am - 11:00 am: Project design & build
11:00 - 11:30 am: Lunch break (Participants bring their own food, food trucks will be on site)
11:30 - 1:00 pm: Competition and judging
1:00 - 2:00 pm: Keynote presentation (IB 1103, 1104)
2:00 - 3:30 pm: Awards ceremony (Science Fair & Science Olympics)
3:30 pm: Project takedown
9:00 - 2:00 pm: Science project public viewing (IB 1101, 1102)
